This program is only for senior adults starting from age 55 and above or someone with a specific medical condition related to joints and muscles.
This program includes water exercises, breaststroke, and floating independently.

Only for senior adults age 55 and above or adults with specific joint or muscle conditions. It will be a group session, with not more than 6 swimmers.
Exercising with water dumbells, swimming noodles and a back float for spinal protection.
From as low as Rm80 per swimmer for 4 sessions and is for 1 hour each session.
