Team Program


This program is for a team of corporate adults or a team of school children that’s under a collaboration with us.
We incorporate play & learn in this program. The team will be able to enjoy 4 hours a month with full flexibility anytime and any day according to the schedule available. You may split your time 30 minutes each or have a full hour slot with just 1 special monthly rate. The specific center has to contact us or be approached by us for this partnership. Only 5 swimmers a allowed at any one time.

Summary
Breath Holding: Have you wondered why? It eliminates our fear of water and makes us realize how long we can survive with no important resources (Oxygen). It also helps to identify the real value of the important resources.

Tapping of legs/flutter kicking: Initially, you tap/kick your legs to show your efforts but as you progress, you maintain your stability in water. This technique also helps you to move forward. Your efforts are the best when you are challenged to your limits.

Use of hand: You don’t want to be stagnant at one point. You need to move forward. The use of hands in swimming teaches us to move forward and so is the case in your corporate life.

Coordination: If you have noticed a successful swimmer, synchronization between the above 3 activities holds the key. Similarly, good coordination between your knowledge, your skills, and your patience makes you go a far distance in your professional life.
